RENT A Tulsa Public Schools FACILITY

Civic, cultural, educational, literary, political, religious, recreational or scientific organizations may use school facilities provided the organization’s use of the facility meets the requirements of School Board Policy 8401. (also see Board Regulation 8401-R: Community Use of School Facilities).

Schools are given priority over community organizations for use of facilities. TPS grants opportunity to the community to use over 80 facilities for events. Community requests for use of school facilities will be accepted beginning September 1 of each new school year.

Camps
Neighborhood meetings
Pageants (fashion/talent shows)
Receptions
Religious meetings
Reunions (class, family)
Sports
Theatrical events (dance/musical recitals, plays)
Weddings

Procedure

Check availability and request a facility.
Review the online school calendar for availability of the date(s), time and area.
Click "Log in to Request Facility Use" (in the top right corner of the screen).
Log in.
If you don't have an account:
1. Create one (Register).
2. Then, call the Facilities office at 918-746-6534 to complete the registration process.
Complete and submit the request form.

The request will be sent to the principal of the site selected. When the request is activated, contact the Facilities Utilization office for your rental rate, insurance and security requirements.

NOTE: When submitting a request, please allow enough time for the approval process - at least 10 work days before the event.
