TUTORS

The Tutorial Program is under the supervision of a certified teacher who monitors the yearly progress of students in math and reading programming at six elementary school sites.

Additional tutorial services are provided by certified teachers at elementary schools without a tutor on site and secondary students before and after school.

Professional development conducted by child specialist in learning styles, educational training and instructional techniques are regularly scheduled during in-service to address immediate needs.

Each Indian Education on-site tutor must meet the requirements of a minimum of 48 college hours or successfully pass the highly qualified proficiency test.
