We use an online facility request program. You must first register (yourself or your organization) online. Once your registration is approved, you may then go back in the system to make the request for the school.

Auditorium

The Auditorium seats up to 325 people seated at tables. Tables are round, seating six to ten people per table. Some rectangular tables are available for head tables, registration, etc.

The Auditorium can be used for events, lectures, workshops and conferences, A projection screen, sound system, flip chart stand, whiteboard with markers and internet access are included. Extra equipment is available.

Lighting consists of recessed lamps in the ceiling. This room features a stage measuring 15 X 35 feet in front of a projection screen and storage space if needed behind. The lower level measures 42 X 55 feet and the upper lever measures 36 X 55 feet. The Auditorium has a separate entrance and also a lobby area on the west end of Wilson. Exits are to the north and south with the main exit to the west.

Assembly Hall / Cafetorium

Assembly Hall (Cafetorium) seats up to 225 people seated at tables. Tables are round, seating six to ten people per table. Some rectangular tables are available for head tables, registration, etc.

Assembly Hall can be used for events, lectures, workshops, conferences of up to 225 people, with the tables remaining. A projection screen, sound system, flip chart stand, whiteboard with markers and internet access are included. Extra equipment is available.

Lighting is incandescent from the ceiling. This room features a stage measuring 10 X 20 feet. The floor measures 50 X 80 feet. The Assembly Hall entrance is through Wilson and exits are to the north, south and west.

Computer Labs

Two labs include 18 computers and one instructor station.

One lab includes 28 computers and one instructor station.

Computer Labs are also available in two hour increments, call for pricing. An interactive whiteboard, laptop computer, projector, wifi internet access, flip chart stand and whiteboard with markers are included in each Computer Lab. Extra equipment is available.

Accommodates 10 people with padded arm chairs and tables.
