CHILD NUTRITION

Tulsa Public Schools accommodates special dietary needs on a case by case basis.  For accommodation, or meal modification of any kind, a note from a medical authority must be on file.  This note must be updated each school year.  Below is a link to the recommended form for the child’s physician to fill out - please reference it for instructions.  Contact Taylor Horn-Speck at 918-833-8695 or hornsta@tulsaschools.orgwith questions.
